App privacy notice

How the 4Infinity private beta handles member information.

MADE4INFINITY LLC · October 17, 2026

Who this covers

4Infinity is operated by MADE4INFINITY LLC. This notice covers the private beta of the 4Infinity dating app. The website waitlist is separate: joining it does not create an app account or a public dating profile. For app privacy questions, email support@made4infinity.com.

Information the app uses

We collect the email address you use for sign-in. If you create a profile, we store the name, age, city, introduction, answers, interests, preferences, photos and captions you choose to provide. The app also stores your likes, passes, matches, messages, blocks, reports, profile status and the time you accepted its eligibility rules. Membership features may also store your private Discover choices, when you open another member's full profile, and whether you choose to share message-read status.

You enter your city yourself. The current beta does not request your device's precise location. Photos are selected by you; the app does not use your camera or photo library until you choose to add a photo. Service providers may process technical information, such as IP address, device and activity logs, needed to operate and protect the service.

How information is used and seen

We use this information to sign you in, show profiles to eligible members, run discovery, create mutual matches, deliver messages, provide account controls, answer support requests and address safety reports. Other eligible signed-in members can see profile details when a member saves them, unless that member pauses discovery or we restrict the profile for safety. Premium Discover filters are private; Incognito limits a profile's visibility to people the member has liked and existing matches. Spotlight can temporarily move an eligible profile higher in Discover, and Priority Likes can move an eligible like higher in the recipient's Likes list. Basic members may send up to 10 likes in a rolling 24-hour window; beta members have complimentary premium access.

When you open someone's full profile, we may record that visit. Merely seeing a Discover card does not record a visit. A member with the Who viewed me benefit can see eligible visitors and the visit date for the last 30 days, subject to blocks and visibility rules. Read receipts start off. If you turn them on, a match with access to the benefit can see when you read their messages; turning them off hides that status. Only the people in a match can see the conversation.

Newly uploaded photos remain private while automatically screened; photos with uncertain results or a scanner error stay private until a person reviews them. An existing approved photo remains visible while its replacement is checked. Reports are restricted to the people operating the service. New profiles do not wait for manual approval before appearing in discovery. We review reports and may review profiles and approved photos after publication. Automated screening can miss prohibited images, so members can report concerns. You can pause discovery in Settings.

The private beta does not run advertising or sell member information. It does not use a third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK at this time.

Service providers and disclosures

Supabase hosts app accounts, profile and conversation data, and private photo storage. Resend delivers sign-in email. Google Cloud Vision processes each newly uploaded profile photo for safety screening before it is shown to other members; flagged photos are reviewed by the operator. Apple and Google may process information to distribute the private beta under their own policies. We share information with these providers only to operate the app. We may disclose limited information when required by law or necessary to respond to serious safety concerns.

Retention and deletion

We keep member information in the active service while the account is active. Full-profile visit history is removed after 30 days by a daily cleanup and when either account is deleted. When account deletion succeeds, the app removes the sign-in account, profile, photos, likes, passes, matches, messages and related app records from the active service. If automated deletion cannot finish, the profile is hidden and a request is queued for follow-up. Learn how to delete your account.

If a safety report remains open when an account is deleted, we keep a private summary with the report reason, status, date and account IDs for up to 90 days to finish reviewing it. We do not keep the deleted account's photos or messages in that summary, and resolved reports are not archived. We may retain information longer only where law requires it. Technical copies may remain temporarily in provider logs. On the providers' current free plans, Supabase lists one day of API/database log retention and Resend states that sent email content and logs are retained for 30 days. We will update this notice if these practices change.

Your choices and security

You can edit or pause your profile, change eligible Discover filters and Incognito, choose whether to share read receipts, block or report a member, and request account deletion in the app. If you cannot sign in, email support@made4infinity.com from your account email. We may verify ownership before acting on a request.

The app uses access controls, private photo storage, encrypted connections and protected storage for native-device sign-in sessions. No system can promise absolute security. Contact support if you believe your account or information is at risk.
