Delete your 4Infinity account
You can request deletion in the app or without reinstalling it.

In the app
Sign in and open Settings → Delete my account. Review the confirmation before deleting. The app begins removing your account and associated member information. If automated cleanup cannot finish, it hides your profile and records a request for follow-up.
Without the app
Email support@made4infinity.com with the subject Delete my 4Infinity account, ideally from the email address you used to sign in. You do not need to reinstall the app. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before acting. After verification, we will complete a manual deletion request within 30 days and confirm completion by email.
What is removed
Deletion removes the active sign-in account, profile, photos, likes, passes, matches, messages and related app activity. A match partner's own account and content remain. If a safety report is still open, we keep only its reason, status, date and account IDs in a private summary for up to 90 days; resolved reports are not archived. This summary does not include deleted photos or messages. Information may be retained longer where law requires it. Provider email and technical logs can persist temporarily under their retention schedules. See the App Privacy Notice for more detail.
