Private beta terms

Who may participate

4Infinity is an invitation-only dating app beta operated by MADE4INFINITY LLC. It is for single adults age 48 and older. You must give accurate information about your eligibility and profile. Do not use the app if you are younger than 48 or are not single.

Your account and content

You are responsible for activity on your account and for the photos, profile details and messages you provide. Share only content you have the right to use. You keep ownership of your content. By posting it, you give MADE4INFINITY LLC permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the beta and provide its features, subject to the App Privacy Notice. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except where limited retention is required by law or for an unresolved safety matter.

Respect and safety

Follow our Community Standards. Harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, requests for money, illegal content and exploitation are prohibited. We may review profiles and reports, hide or remove content, restrict access or close an account when we reasonably believe these rules have been broken or safety requires action.

A profile, a match or information another member provides is not a guarantee of that person's identity, intentions or safety. Use care when communicating or meeting in person. Never send money to someone you met through the app.

The beta and planned benefits

The private beta is free, including benefits such as First Moves and Undo for invited testers. Purchases are not available during the beta. Features and availability may change while we test. We may pause the beta to correct problems or protect members. If paid features are introduced later, their price and subscription terms will be shown before a purchase.

Leaving and changes

You may stop using the app or request deletion at any time in Settings. If you cannot access your account, follow the web deletion instructions. We may update these beta terms as the service develops. Material changes will be presented before they apply to your continued use.
